igual es una diferencia significativa, pero de todas formas existen una millonada de puertos ke se pueden utilizar incluyendo el 80 (http), que se supone que los tipos de VTR jamas tocarian, y de hecho, al cambiar al puerto 80, bitorrent descarga mucho mas rapido ke de costumbre (les recomiendo ke hagan esto)

si, ese test funciona, pero seria genial que existiera uno en donde se testeen la gran mayoria de los puertos y no los mas populares, que es obvio ke los mafiosos de los ISP se concentran en esos puertos para ralentizar las descargas.
